Shipping: items are shipped within 2 business days, *often times sooner, as we do our best to get your order out as soon as it comes in. Tracking info is automatically sent to your email once shipped. Your item will be shipped from Southern California. USPS is the standard provider or you may select another option at checkout  

ORDER RETURNS & EXCHANGES

To request a return/ exchange please email your order #, reason for return or exchange. You will then be sent info on how to complete, where to mail your piece/s back to -  will be provided by GJ. Please check your email after return request is sent. I will reply within 1 business day. Do not DM on social media return_ exchange requests please. These are often lost, missed and not the method to request a return please.
Image/ photo  request from GypseaJade may be asked prior to exchange. 

14 days upon receipt is your return request window. 

Returned items must be new, unworn/unused. All returns must be postmarked no later than 14 days after receipt of your order. Return must be in original packaging. 

No refunds - only exchange or store credit. 

Pop - Up store Exchanges & Store Credit:
In person and online orders can be returned within 14 days of purchase for exchange or store credit, redeemable in-person at events designated and online

Online Exchanges & Store Credit:
Online orders can be returned within 14 days of receipt for exchange or store credit. 

* Customer is responsible for return shipping and must be packaged in original packaging and safely shipped back to avoid damages during shipping. 

Permanent Jewelry is final sale- no refunds on lost or broken items. Your piece was quality checked before you paid - for weld strength integrity. I pride myself on TRIPPLE checking your weld prior to checking out.  If you need to remove it, please keep your chain and I can reweld it free of charge - if purchased from GJ proof of receipt/ purchase or payment at one of my pop ups. All pieces are to withstand 12lb of pressure for your safety if caught on something, while extremely durable they are not indestructible. Not too loose of a fit is always advised / suggested by me- to ensure comfort + so you don’t have the opportunity to get it caught on a something ect. I test all chains prior to releasing them for sale. Any questions please email. Customer satisfaction is important to me, but policies will be enforced. 14K Gold Filled and Sterling Silver are the only PJ metals I carry for welded on pieces. 

 

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
